Shipping & Delivery

Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop. Delivery cost and timing depend on where you are and whether your item is in stock or made to order. All prices are in CAD.

In-stock items (posted the next working day from Ontario)

• Canada: $15, or free on orders over $200. Arrives in 1 to 2 business days.
• USA: $25, or free on orders over $200. Arrives in 3 to 5 business days.
• International: $32 flat rate. Arrives in 5 to 8 business days.

Made-to-order and customised items

• Canada: $15, or free on orders over $200. Delivered within 7 to 14 business days.
• USA: $32, or free on orders over $250. Delivered within 7 to 14 business days.
• International: $32 flat rate. Delivered within 7 to 14 business days.

All orders are sent using a secure, signed-for delivery service.

Orders shipped outside Canada, including to the USA, may be subject to customs and import charges in your country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the customer.
